Movies are exciting, insurance… is not. We decided to show Direct Line call center operators receiving insurance claims from iconic movie scenes. We launched the campaign with a world media first - bespoke idents that followed the scene you just watched. So when you saw the lobby being shot up in the matrix, the next ident would be a Direct Line insurance agent taking that call.
